  • Premium Coaching Plan

    This program is a progressive weekly training schedule including pool workouts and technique coaching, using drills geared towards improving your efficiency, speed, and endurance. You will get technical support, accountability, and progress tracking from your coach, along with extensive mental training. This is the ultimate training plan.

    $295 per Month

  • Basic Coaching Plan

    This program is a progressive training schedule that lays out what distance to swim each day, when to increase volume, and when and how to Taper. You will enjoy accountability, progress tracking, and mental training from your coach. This program does not include pool workouts.
